Refined sugars are indeed bad and are found in way too many processed foods. Far worse than salt on the body. Don’t worry about sugars such as found in fruit, etc, but stay away from refined sugar and processed foods. Try to eat as much unprocessed, natural foods like fresh veggies or fruits and not juices.
